Government Engineering College Bikaner is commonly known as ECB or Engineering College Bikaner, is one of the pioneer institute for technical education in the western part of Rajasthan. The college was established in the year 1999.
The Government College is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota and Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).Apart from regular B tech courses in various engineering streams the college also offers MBA, MCA, M. Sc. (IT), BBA, BCA, Diploma and ITI courses.
Engineering College Bikaner(ECB) society has 4 colleges Enginnering College Bikaner, College of Engineering & Technology, ECB Polytechnic and ECB ITI under its control.
ECB is located in Pugal Road, Bikaner .The college campus is spread over acres and has a world class ceramic center to offer courses in ceramic engineering.

The college has well established infrastructure and have basic facilities like Sports Complex, laboratories,Placement cell, research facilities, computer center, cafeteria and a library having thousands of books on various subjects to cater the needs of institute’s students
