Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Jaipur was Established under the Act Of State Government- “The Rajasthan University Of Health Sciences Act, 2005” (Act No. 1 of 2005)” in the year, 2005 with an aim to disseminate and advance knowledge in medical and health sciences.

The university has state of the art infrastructure and is located on Tonk Road, Jaipur over acres of land.

Several Government aided and private colleges offering academic and research facilities in various streams of Medical, Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy & Paramedical education are affiliated to this university. These colleges are spread throughout Rajasthan thereby extending the Jurisdiction of the university to the entire state of Rajasthan. Thousands of students study in these colleges.

The University offers Undergraduate and post graduate courses in Medical, Dental, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy ,Occupational Therapy & Paramedical to disseminate and advance knowledge in medicine and dentistry and to ensure efficient and systematic instruction, teaching, training and research.

University also conducts the following Entrance Tests Rajasthan Centralized Admissions for Pharmacy and Allied Health Sciences (RCA-PAHS), Rajasthan Centralized Admissions for Para Medical Diploma Courses (RCA-PMDC), Rajasthan Pre Medical Test(RPMT) for MBBS and BDS, Pre Msc., Pre DM/Mch.
