How to enable telnet in windows 7

By default, telnet is not enabled in Windows 7. Though telnet and FTP protocols are insecure but people still use these protocols instead of SSH and SFTP.Here are Steps to enable telnet in Windows 7:
GO TO Control Panel
Select Programs and Features
select ‘Turn Windows features on or off
Check the box next to telnet client
