How to enable telnet in windows vista

By default, telnet is not enabled in Windows Vista . Though telnet and FTP protocols are insecure but people still use instead of SSH and SFTP.Steps to enable telnet in Vista:
GO TO Control Panel
Select Programs and Features
select ‘Turn Windows features on or off
Check the box next to telnet client
