Script action to job in Server Management Studio Express

I have SQL Server 2005 and Server Management Studio Express installed on my server.I want to schedule a daily full backup of my database .I am able to create abackup but when I tryto schedule the job.Script action to job is not enabled and it is grayed out.
SQL Server Agent is also not present in the SQL Server Management Studio
